Do not upload passwords, identity documents, payment-card information, private medical records or any file you are not authorised to share. Uploaded material should be limited to what is needed for the hardware or interior-material enquiry.
Storage and retention
Attachments and enquiry records are stored in the website's protected cloud storage so the showroom can review the submission. They should be deleted when no longer reasonably required for the enquiry or related record-keeping.
